Welcome

First and foremost, welcome to my blog.  I hope you will find it as enjoyable as I plan to make it.....My affair with the Electric Pressure Cooker began on December 25, 2009.  As a gift from my daughter, it was love at first sight!!! I had never considered one before, but she knew my passion of cooking and thought it would be something new and different for me... She was right!!!

In my quest to find recipes out there to try, I quickly discovered there where none. Outside of the little book that came with it, absolutely nothing. So I decided to start this blog, in hopes others will discover it and share there experiences and recipes with all of us!!!

I have experimented with my own recipes and in the very near future, I will begin to post them.

So feel free to join in and add your own and maybe together we can discover new and exciting recipes... Not to mention.... Good Eating!!!
